The UGC Program Manager exists to make Hey Harper’s UGC engine run at scale. This role owns the execution, coordination, and delivery of UGC so content volume can increase materially without pulling senior brand and creative talent into logistics. This role is accountable for how UGC gets done day to day. They operationalize the UGC strategy defined by the UGC & Creator Strategist by managing creators, timelines, workflows, and assets across paid, organic, PDP, and e-commerce channels. The UGC Program Manager does not define creative strategy, content hypotheses, or performance direction. Instead, they ensure that creator content is delivered on time, complete, usable, and activation-ready, using automation, platform-native workflows, and scalable systems to support hundreds of creators. This role is the process and project management layer that turns UGC strategy into reliable output, enabling the strategist, editors, and brand seniors to stay focused on high-impact thinking and outcomes. This role owns:

  • When UGC is delivered

  • How creator work is coordinated

  • Whether assets are complete, usable, and on time

  • How smoothly the UGC machine runs day to day

  • How UGC is funneled to other brand and content disciplines (example: e-commerce product pages)

    UGC Program Execution & Delivery (40%)

    • Own day-to-day execution of the UGC roadmap defined in collaboration by the UGC & Creator Strategist, Head of Brand and Demand team

    • Manage creator timelines, milestones, and deliverables across campaigns and evergreen needs

    • Ensure briefs are distributed, acknowledged, and executed correctly

    • Track content status across creators, editors, and channels

    • Surface risks, delays, or gaps early and escalate with solutions

    • Ensure UGC delivery supports both campaign moments and always-on content needs

      Creator Operations & Coordination (30%)

    • Own creator operations with a focus on automation, scale, and platform-native workflows

    • Build and operate systems that support managing 100+ creators simultaneously without manual tracking

    • Manage creator coordination across modern creator models, including:

      • TikTok Shop creators

      • Affiliate and commission-based creators

      • UGC-for-hire contributors

    • Implement and maintain tooling for:

      • creator onboarding

      • automated follow-ups

      • submission tracking

      • usage rights management

      • payment and commission coordination

    • Reduce reliance on spreadsheets and manual processes by continuously improving workflows

    • Maintain clear visibility into creator status, deliverables, and rights at scale

    • Ensure creator operations can scale to 400+ active creators by 2027 without proportional headcount growth

      Content Intake, Quality Control & Asset Readiness (30%)

    • Own automated intake and organization of UGC assets across creator types and platforms

    • Design and maintain systems that ingest content directly from creators and platforms such as TikTok Shop

    • Implement auto-tagging of assets by product, creator, usage rights, and channel

    • Flag missing, incomplete, or non-compliant submissions automatically

    • Ensure all UGC assets are complete, properly formatted, usage-cleared, and ready for immediate deployment

    • Enable rapid handoff of UGC to paid media, organic social, PDPs, and website or e-commerce placements

    • Continuously improve asset readiness workflows so increased creator volume does not increase downstream friction

    External suppliers managed

    • Creators and UGC contributors

    • Video editors

    • Creator sourcing agents or platforms (as applicable)

Job requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years experiences in marketing operations or project management, influencer operations, content production support (as a producer), or similar UGC/creator programs

  • Experience managing multiple creators and deliverables simultaneously

  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills

  • Very strong written English skills and comfortable managing intense written communication (at least C1)

  • Comfortable operating in high-volume, fast-paced environments

  • Clear communicator who keeps work moving without over-escalation
