As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be the part of the engine behind Hey Harper’s next phase of growth. Sitting at the intersection of the Demand and Marketing teams, your primary goal is to de-risk our growth. You will move beyond the "standard" paid social playbook to discover, test, and scale the next generation of acquisition channels: both online and offline. By combining a growth mindset with technical rigor in measurement, you will ensure every dollar spent is an investment in incremental, profitable revenue.

Key areas of your Role

1. New untapped demand

  • Identify and launch: Move beyond Meta to unearth new demand. You will own the end-to-end strategy for channels like TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Applovin and Connected TV (CTV).

  • Scale from zero: Build out the infrastructure, creative testing frameworks, and bidding strategies for channels we haven’t yet mastered.

  • Offline Potential: Explore and test offline growth levers (OOH, direct mail) where they align with our digital DTC strategy.

2. Onsite growth & Experimentation

  • Conversion optimization: Partner with the Ecommerce team to run A/B tests and experiments on-site to ensure the traffic you drive actually converts.

  • Behavioral analysis: Deep-dive into customer behavior to identify friction points and "growth levers" within the user journey.

3. Measurement & Demand stack

  • Technical architecture: Own the technical setup of our MarTech stack. You will ensure our tracking is airtight and our automations are driving efficiency.

  • Scientific rigor: Lead our MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) and incrementality testing efforts to move beyond the limitations of last-click attribution.

  • Data-driven action: Translate complex attribution data into clear, actionable insights that prevent the team from getting "trapped" by misleading platform metrics.

Job requirements

What you bring (Mandatory)

  • 3-5 years in Paid Media, Demand Generation, or Acquisition, specifically within the DTC/Ecommerce space.

  • Proven track record of managing and scaling accounts inside TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Applovin, or CTV.

  • You are a practitioner. You enjoy getting into the platforms, setting up the campaigns, and building the reports yourself.

  • You have a growth mindset but remain skeptical of "vanity metrics." You understand attribution deeply and know how to look past platform-reported ROAS to find true business impact.

  • You are creatively sharp; you understand what makes an ad "stop the scroll" and are always at the frontline of testing new creative strategies.

  • You live and breathe Ecommerce. You stay up-to-date on the latest tools, apps and industry trends.

Bonus points (Nice to Have)

  • Experience launching MMM or designing robust incrementality tests.

  • A curiosity for using AI tools to automate workflows, optimize copy, or enhance data analysis.

  • A deep interest in consumer psychology, understanding why people shop and how to align marketing to those behaviors.

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in teaching others what you’ve learned.
