Amazon eCommerce Manager

  • Remote, Hybrid
    • Lisboa, Lisboa, Portugal
  • Marketing

Hey Harper is looking for an experienced and strategic Amazon eCommerce Manager to lead Growth on our Amazon business.

Job description

This is not an execution-only role — we’re looking for someone who can lead Amazon as a key revenue-driving channel, managing it end-to-end like a business unit. You’ll be responsible for the full Amazon P&L, from go-to-market strategy to day-to-day operations, with a clear goal: scale Hey Harper’s presence and profitability across the Amazon marketplace.

  • Full ownership of the Amazon channel — across strategy, operations, growth, and reporting
  • Lead catalog and product listing optimization, ensuring brand consistency and SEO best practices

  • Manage inventory planning, logistics coordination, and stock health in partnership with Ops

  • Oversee and guide Amazon Advertising (PPC) strategy — not necessarily execute, but ensure performance

  • Monitor account health, drive review generation, and resolve any compliance or operational issues

  • Build internal processes and align with cross-functional teams (Creative, Ops, Finance, Support, Growth)

  • Regularly analyze performance data, manage reporting, and provide insights to guide key decisions

  • Act as the business owner of the Amazon channel

Job requirements

  • 3+ years experience owning and scaling Amazon accounts in a strategic, cross-functional role
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, A+ Content, listing SEO, and account operations

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads (you don’t need to run them, but you’ll be expected to lead performance)

  • Background in eCommerce and marketplace strategy, ideally in a consumer product brand

  • Proven ability to think like an owner — set priorities, make smart trade-offs, and drive results

  • Comfortable with performance metrics, budgeting, and owning a channel P&L

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams

  • A global mindset and experience scaling to multiple Amazon regions (a plus)
