At Hey Harper, our Demand team doesn't just "buy media", we engineer growth. We are looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our Paid Social team. This role is the heartbeat of our daily operations on Meta and TikTok. You will be responsible for the health, scaling, and creative evolution of our primary acquisition channels. You’ll sit at the intersection of data and creativity, ensuring our message reaches the right person at the exact right moment.

Your Mission

  • Platform ownership: Take full responsibility for the daily management and optimization of Meta and TikTok. You aren't just "monitoring" ads; you are actively pushing for better performance.

  • Creative partnership: Work hand-in-hand with our creative team. You will brief new assets based on performance data, identify winning "hooks," and ruthlessly kill creative that doesn't meet our standards.

  • The testing machine: Run a continuous cycle of experiments: testing new audiences, bid strategies, landing pages, and creative angles to stay ahead of platform fatigue.

  • Proactive troubleshooting: Spot trends and performance shifts before they hit the bottom line. If a CVR drops or a CPM spikes, you’re already digging into the "why" and proposing a fix.

Data integrity: Move beyond "vanity metrics." You will use data to guide every decision, focusing on incremental growth and business impact rather than just platform-reported ROAS.

Job requirements

You’re a fit if...

  • You have 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social for a performance-driven brand or agency.

  • You know Meta and TikTok Ads Manager like the back of your hand. You understand the nuances of the algorithms and how to work with them, not against them.

  • You understand MER, CAC, and LTV. You can explain why a campaign is failing even if the ROAS looks "okay" on paper.

  • You are organized enough to manage multiple campaigns without missing a naming convention or a tracking parameter.

  • You don’t just follow a playbook; you ask "what if?" and aren't afraid to speak up when you see an opportunity for improvement.

  • You understand the fast-paced world of E-commerce and how a jewelry/fashion brand needs to show up visually to win.

Bonus points

  • You’ve previously worked in-house for a DTC fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brand.

  • You have a "gut feel" for what makes a TikTok go viral or a Meta ad feel native and authentic.

  • Experience with creative analytics tools (like Motion or Northbeam) to visualize performance.
