Job description

  • Owner of the Paid Search strategy @HeyHarper

  •  Plan, implement, optimize and manage all Google Ads operations: comprehensive paid Search, Display, Shopping and Youtube initiatives

  •  Explore new channels & lead Growth experiments and opportunities on Search marketing

  •  Effectively manage budget to business goals and financial targets

  •  Define budget & manage weekly reporting for the Paid Search channels

  •  Create and implement global actions in collaboration with other channel leads, inside the Demand team

Job requirements

  •  +2 years experience in Paid Media, focused in Google Ads

  •  Nice to have: expertise in (*some of*) these channel types: Search, Shopping, PMAX, Display or Youtube

  •  A very good technical proficiency inside Google ecosystem

  •  Previous experience in Ecommerce / DTC / Marketplace businesses

  • Strategic Thinker

  •  A flexible, proactive and collaborative approach to your job

  •  Strong analytical, prioritisation and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail

  •  Able to deliver under pressure, helping the team react quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
