Job description
- You will be responsible in any aspects of office management, including but not limited to:
- stationery orders
- consumables orders
- contacting and managing building maintenance and property service providers
- supervision of furniture and structure to ensure the best office efficiency at all times.
- You will organize and prepare the company events.
- You will manage the company mobile phone account.
- Manage correspondence, scanning, storing and distributing to respective teams, posting mail whenever required.
- You will be involved in the management and archiving of paper documentation when special needs require it.
- You will participate in preparing policies and office guideline communications.
- You will oversee office budgets and expenses, tracking expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- You will ensure tidiness, cleanness, and stocks in the workspaces (coffee corners, meeting rooms, print corners etc…).
- You will suggest new ideas that will help improve the office and the life at Hey Harper.
Job requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in office management or receptionist role.
- Adequate social, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and understand a balance sheet.
- Problem solving attitude.
- Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness.
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style.
- At least full working proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
