Job description

  • Spearhead the development and execution of holistic performance marketing strategies to maintain our growth pace at the current ROAs.

  • Collaborate with channel specialists to diversify risk by exploring, implementing, and optimizing new marketing channels.

  • Manage a yearly marketing budget in excess of $7M, ensuring its efficient allocation across various channels to drive ROI.

  • Conduct regular data-driven analyses, extracting actionable insights to optimize campaigns and maximize returns.

  • Partner with our brand and creative teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all channels.

  • Build and maintain a culture of continuous testing and learning to constantly refine our marketing efforts.

  • Cultivate relationships with performance marketing agencies and third-party vendors to optimize marketing activities.

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for the performance marketing team.

  • Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally within the Fashion or Beauty industry.

  • 5+ years working for a  mainly DTC e-commerce company

  • Demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing large marketing budgets across multiple channels.

  • Exceptional analytical skills, with an ability to convert complex data into actionable strategies.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other pertinent tools.

  • Outstanding leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams.

  • A passion for the fashion and jewelry industry coupled with a keen interest in industry trends and emerging marketing channels.

  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
