Job description
Spearhead the development and execution of holistic performance marketing strategies to maintain our growth pace at the current ROAs.
Collaborate with channel specialists to diversify risk by exploring, implementing, and optimizing new marketing channels.
Manage a yearly marketing budget in excess of $7M, ensuring its efficient allocation across various channels to drive ROI.
Conduct regular data-driven analyses, extracting actionable insights to optimize campaigns and maximize returns.
Partner with our brand and creative teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Build and maintain a culture of continuous testing and learning to constantly refine our marketing efforts.
Cultivate relationships with performance marketing agencies and third-party vendors to optimize marketing activities.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for the performance marketing team.
Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Job requirements
5+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally within the Fashion or Beauty industry.
5+ years working for a mainly DTC e-commerce company
Demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing large marketing budgets across multiple channels.
Exceptional analytical skills, with an ability to convert complex data into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other pertinent tools.
Outstanding leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
A passion for the fashion and jewelry industry coupled with a keen interest in industry trends and emerging marketing channels.
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
